Our consulting services include development and project management, guiding clients from initial site evaluation through to completion. We work closely with developers to oversee planning, zoning, design, and construction, ensuring that projects meet both timelines and budget goals.

Marcus McKinney
Founder & Managing Partner
Marcus leads the firm’s strategic management and operations, driving its growth from residential transactions to representing local, regional, and national builders and developers in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial properties. His expertise includes working with market-rate and low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) developers, as well as managing high-impact development projects totaling over $200 million. Marcus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and a Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University, along with a Master of Real Estate Development from Georgia Tech. He is currently pursuing a Master of
Business Administration at Emory University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Community Leadership Institute of Atlanta, the Capstone Institute of Mortgage Finance, and the Urban Land Institute Atlanta’s Center for Leadership. Licensed as a real estate broker in Georgia, Marcus is also actively pursuing the CCIM designation. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Committed to community involvement, Marcus serves on the Board of the Paradise Community Development Center in Atlanta.
