Marcus McKinney
Managing Partner

Marcus McKinney leads Perennial, overseeing the firm's strategic growth and operations. He brings extensive experience representing builders, developers, and investors in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial properties, with expertise spanning market-rate and LIHTC development projects totaling over $200 million.
Marcus holds a Bachelor's in Entrepreneurship and a Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University, a Master of Real Estate Development from Georgia Tech, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Emory University.
He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and serves on the Board of the Paradise Community Development Center in Atlanta.
