Marcus McKinney, MANAGING PARTNER
Marcus McKinney is the Managing Partner of Perennial Real Estate Partners. He is responsible for the overall strategic management and operations of the Company.
Marcus has grown Perennial from representing individuals with residential transactions to working with local, regional and national tract builders, low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) and market-rate developers, and investors in their pursuit of acquiring, selling and leasing commercial properties, including but not limited to, office, land and multifamily. He has also managed the redevelopment of two (2) HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration projects totaling over $42 million and 181 low-income housing units.
Marcus obtained his Bachelor's and Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University, and Master of Real Estate Development from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is an alumnus of the Community Leadership Institute of Atlanta, Capstone Institute of Mortgage Finance, and serves on the Board of the Paradise Community Development Center in Atlanta. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), Project Management Institute (PMI) and Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Georgia.
